What is your exchange policy?
Only exchanges for product of equal or greater value or credit notes are issued. Freezer/Fridge products and probiotics cannot be exchanged.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, in any amount of your choice. Gift certificates are available for products and services.
Do you do consultations over the phone?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do consultations over the phone. Please call us at 888-232-2607 to schedule a consultation or drop in to see us.
Do you do special orders?
All special orders must be prepaid and are dependent on availability.
